Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Arrae pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location listed on your return label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
